Dashboard management product is build on top of the Reporting product. All SASU products are loosely coupled with a highly customizable reporting product which enables users to not only create customizable graphical reports from canned reports, but can also create customizable graphical reports from scratch. Once generated the graphical reports are stored in the repository and are available for publishing to dashboard by the administrator. |

The dashboard has 3 separate independent sections:
- User specific section of the dashboard displays number of Incidents, Problems and Changes for the logged in user to resolve, Initiate, Approve or implement. It also displays the Incidents grouped by priority and asset criticality.
- Graphical reports section of the dashboard displays the published reports to 3 audience groups (Service Personnel, Manager, Executives). At one end the users with Executive role will be able to see reports published to all 3 audience groups while at the other end users with All Users role will only see reports published to Service Personnel audience group.
- Messages section of the dashboard will display different category of broadcast message to and different audience groups. The dashboard administrator can schedule to broadcast messages with different publish and expiry dates.
